Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 bunch green onion
3 large Hot Italian Sausages
1 lb boneless chicken breasts
3 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower mix
1 cup chicken flavour boullion powder
Spices: garlic, black pepper, your favourite
Tips
vary the spices, the boullion, veggies, meats for a totally different flavour. This recipe is my favourite on most weeknights in the winter as a main course for a low carb lifestyles. Very satisfying well suited for LCHF and Paleo lifestyles
Directions
chop up all ingredients to bite size or smaller pieces
fry sausage and meat together
place all ingredients in a 7 quart crock pot
fill with water and mix together
cook on low for approx. 8-10 hours
