Ingredients

    1 14oz can vegetable broth
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb baby red skin potatoes, in chunks
    1/2 t each: cinnamon, allspice, tumeric, cumin, and pepper
    1/2 t salt
    1 bunch scallions
    4 carrots, peeled, sliced into coins
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1 red bell pepper
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1/2-1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can chickpeas

Directions

Simmer ingredients through red bell pepper about 7-10 minutes
Next add zucchini, tomatoes, and chickpeas

PRETTY_FLUFFY: Haha you're right I don't include couscous but the original recipe calls to serve the veges over it,,, I find it tastes fine without it!
