    1cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup No Calorie Sweetner
    2 tablespoons baking cocoa
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 oz. Walnuts
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup baking cocoa
    1 3/4 cups very hot water


This recipe is from Betty Crocker's New Cookbook. I substitute sweetner for sugar.


Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour, no calorie sweetner, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and baking powder in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa over the batter. Pour water over batter.
Bake 40 minutes or until top is dry.
Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes. Top with ice cream or whipped cream. Spoon sauce from pan onto each serving.
