Ingredients

    4 medium tomatoes, sliced into thin wedgesw
    2 medium green peppers cut into rings
    1 large cucumber, peeled, but in half lengthwise, and sliced 1/4" thick
    1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
    6 oz. feta cheese, broken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tbs. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tbs. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and toss. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
