Ingredients

    500g cod or haddock pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lemon, sliced
    12g margarine

Directions

Preheat the oven to 190c/375f/gas 5

Place the fish on a piece of tin foil on a baking tray

Place slices of lemon over the fish

Season with salt and pepper

Dot pieces of margarine over the fish

Cover with the foil and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until cooked
