Ingredients

6.5oz Turkey Breast(left overs)
16oz Gluten Free Pasta(I used SamMills Penne Rigate)
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 large onion
2 cup skim milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese part skim
1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese part skim
4tbs light sour cream
3tsp oregano
3tsp parsley
3tsp paprika
3tsp ground red pepper
4tsp minced garlic
5 leaves basil chopped
Tips
I used leftover turkey breast but the fun thing with the recipe is changing it up. I have used bacon and chicken in the past instead of turkey and have substituted leeks for the onions.
Directions
1. Boil your water for the pasta. While the water is boiling gather you ingredients and start dicing and cubing your tomatoes, onion, and basil. Once the water is at a boil put in your pasta and cook as indicated.
2. Once your pasta is cooked, drain it and then put it back in the same pot while turning the stovetop to a medium heat.
3. Add your milk, cheeses, spices, and onion to the pasta and cook until cheese is melty and onions are slightly soft.
4. Add your turkey and tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes or until your turkey and the tomatoes are slightly warm
5. Serve and enjoy!
