Introduction

Delicious vegan sauce for pouring over fruit. Or for dipping fruit into! Delicious vegan sauce for pouring over fruit. Or for dipping fruit into!

Ingredients

    1/2 cup raw cashews (pieces or whole, makes no difference)
    1 cup soymilk - I use vanilla soymilk, but any kind of non-dairy milk will do
    1Tablespoon of pure Maple Syrup
    Vanilla extract (optional)

    Soak the cashews in boiling water to cover and let sit for about an hour.
    Drain cashews
    Put all ingredients in the food processor and run for about 2 minutes or until you have a smooth, non-grainy, cream.

    I like to refrigerate for a while before serving, but that's up to you!
