Ingredients

Ingredients:
*Earth Fresh Potatoes, 1000 gram (remove)
*Beetroot, 100 gram (remove)
Carrots, raw, 3 small (5-1/2" long) (remove)
Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
*Green chilly / Mirchi, 10 gram(s) (remove)
*Salt, Sifto Table Salt, 4 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove)
Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
*Sesame Seeds, 4 tbsp (remove)
Coconut, raw, 0.25 cup, shredded (remove)
*Coriander Leaves, Fresh, 0.25 cup (remove)
*Cumin Seed, Ground (1Tbsp), 1 tbsp (remove)
*Coriander Seed, Ground (1 Tbsp), 1 tbs
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 2 cup (remove)
*Canola Oil, 2 cup (remove)
Cumin seed 1 tsp.

Prepare everything well in advance
Directions
Boil Potatoes peel skin and mash them, add crushed ginger/greenchilly, sugar, lime juice, 2 tbsp. of chopped coriander leaves - add salt to taste.
Peel and shread or(cut small pieces)Beet/Carrots and Green Beans. In a pot add 1 tsp. oil when hot add Cumin seed - add cut vegetables in pot stir and add ground coriander,cumin seeds. Add Sesame seeds, shreaded Coconut and chopped coriander.
Cook this for 5 to 6 min. on medium heat. Let it cool.
Make 25 to 28 round balls - take one and fill about 1 tbsp. of the veggie mix and make that into an oval shape cutlets roll this into bread crumbs. Make all the Cutlets the same way. Than deep fry these cutlets on high temprature till they turn golden brown. Place them in a tray on papper towel for oil to drain.
Serve this cutlets with green or red chatney.
