Ingredients

    1.0 cup Sour Cream
    2.0 tbsp Chili powder
    2.0 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    8.0 tbsp Old El Paso Chopped Green Chile
    1.0 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
    3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    10.0 serving Trader Joe's Reduced Carb Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, 1 tortilla

Directions

Combine all ingredients except tortillas, stirring well. Warm tortillas in damp paper towels for 30 min in microwave to aid in rolling easily. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of filling in each tortilla and roll, placing into a 9x13 pan, two columns of 7 tortillas each. Spoon remaining filling across top of enchiladas and bake for 30 min at 375. Serving Size: makes 14 servings
