Introduction

Ingredients

    Hamburg
    Stewed tomatoes
    Tomatoe paste
    Large onion
    Large Green pepper
    Garlic powder
    Thyme
    Cilantro
    sugar (only enough to reduce acid from tomatoes)
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

Cook onion, peppers and meat together. It's easier to drain off the fat.


Directions

Cook onions and peppers with meat in a dutch onion, drain. Add tomatoes and spices to pot and mix. Put onion mix back in, mix, add tomatoe sauce, mix Very well, sprinkle in sugar, let simmer 5 minutes, then salt & pepper to taste
