Ingredients
-
7 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
3 cup Granulated Sugar
1.25 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1.5 cup Butter, salted
1 cup, chopped Walnuts
Tips
Dust with icing sugar for a fancy "I slaved in the kitchen all day" look! Enjoy!
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line one 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment or with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2.) In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Remove mixture from heat. Gradually pour the melted butter into the beaten eggs, whisking constantly, until mixture is fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla.
3.) Sift the flour, cocoa and salt together. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in the walnuts, chocolate chips, skor bits, whichever you choose to add. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
4.) Bake in preheated oven until brownies are set (a toothpick inserted in the center should have small crumbs clinging to it, rather than wet batter), 60 to 75 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 30 fair sized Brownies
