Ingredients

    2.5 c cooked barley
    2 c cooked brown rice
    1 can frichick chopped
    1 med onion chopped and sauted
    3/4 c celery chopped and sauted
    1/2 c sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

mix together and pat into a greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 375 for 20 min.
