Ingredients

    1/2 c soy butter
    2 c oatmeal
    3 T flax seed
    1/4 milk
    1/2 c honey
    2 scoops whey protein (I used Body Fortress-Super Advanced-Vanilla Crème)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Press into 8x8 dish. Refrigerate. Cut into bars.
