Ingredients

    oil
    chopped onion
    minced ginger
    chopped tomato
    chopped mushroom
    squeezed and softly smashed tofu
    chopped spinach leaves
    turmeric powder
    salt to taste
    coriander powder
    cumin powder
    red pepper powder

Tips

Make sure your flame is low. If you are a cheese lover you could add swiss cheese on the top and cover it for a minute.


Directions

Heat the oil and put onion in it. Cook it until the onions are light brown. Add ginger and tomato and turn the heat down.Cook for another minute and add mushroom, tofu, spinach and mix it well. Put salt, turmeric, red pepper, coriander and cumin powder. Cook it well in a low flame until the water dries out.
