Ingredients

    3 cups Spinach
    12 shrimp, cooked
    1/2 cup asparagus, steamed
    2 marinated artichoke hearts, diced
    1 hard boiled egg, chopped
    2 tbsp light french dressing

Directions

- steam the shrimp until pink and the asparagus just until softened.
- Toss everything in a bowl, mix to coat in dressing and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1 meal-sized salad
