Ingredients

2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 c. dark brown sugar packed
3 1/2 t. baking pqwder
1 egg
3 T canola oil
1 1/3 c skim milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 t. cinnamon
Directions
Mix dry ingredients then add to wet. Add raisins last and mix well. Then pour into lightly sprayed bread pan.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
