1 can of 6 bean medley
4 Stalks of Celery
1 Green Pepper
1 Spanish Onion
1 Tomato
1/2 Jar of Salsa
1/2 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce ( I used spicy spag sauce)
Cumin (to taste)
Chili powder (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Chili flakes (to taste)
Directions
Brown the ground pork and add spices to taste
combine everything in the crockpot, add sauces and spices
cook for either 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours low
