Ingredients

Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cup
Banana, fresh, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
NESTLES-DARK CHOCOLATE MORSELS, 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Tips
Any ingredients can be added to the banana / oats mixture... try raisins, cranberries, nuts, whatever you like, (nutrition will change), dress them up according to your taste.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend oats till they break down to flour consistency.
Smash bananas till there are no chunks.
Mix bananas, vanilla and oats together.
Fold in choc chips.
Lightly spray cookie sheet.
Using melon ball sized ice cream scoop, scoop each cookie a full scoop each.
Makes 18 cookies.
Bake 9 - 12 minutes until cookies are set up
Do not over cook or cookies will be hard.
Cool on wire rack.
Keep in air tight container on counter top for 3-4 days or freeze.
Pop in the microwave to warm up.
