Ingredients

    1 cup (256 g) Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup
    1 6 oz can (170 g) Tomato Paste
    3/4 cup (180 g) Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/4 cup (60 g) balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp (30 g) 100% Pineapple Juice
    1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp Blackstrap Molasses
    1 Tbsp Butter/Ghee
    2 Tbps unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened
    2 Tbsp Chile Powder
    2 Tbsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp Instant espresso powder
    Dash ground cinnamon, ground
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

If you prefer a sweeter sauce add some liquid stevia to taste after it has cooked.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium-low to a simmer. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
