Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lrg Cucumber, Peeled and sliced
    4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, Sliced
    2 lrg Red Ripe Tomatoes, sliced
    4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Avocado Oil (or similar)
    1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped

Tips

Great with a crusty bread, some olives and red wine. Summer at its finest!


Directions

Slice the Cucumber, Tomato and Moza (make sure you end up with the same number of each) Layer these on a plate over lapping and alternating, drizzle with oil and vinegar and sprinkle with basil. I like to eat this with one of each slice.
