    1 oz diced roma tomato
    5 slices cucumber
    1/4 cup diced, unpeeled, golden delicious apple
    2 tsp crispy fried shallot
    1 Tbsp red wine & olive oil vinegarette
    ( 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp dried thyme )

Directions

only cooking done is the deep fried shallots, lightly covered in flour, just fried until golden brown
