Ingredients

    61/4 pounds cooked ground beef, 80% lean
    2 cups chopped onion
    2 cups catsup
    1 cup yellow mustard
    2 1/2 pounds reduced fat cheddar cheese
    5 3/4 pound potato nuggets
    2 pounds turkey bacon

Directions

Heat ground beef and onion until warm. Add catsup and mustard and stir well. Heat until mixture stirs easily and is well mixed. Pour into 2 (12" x 18") pans which have been sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Level to cover bottom of pan. Top with cheese and then potato nuggets. Lastly sprinkle with bacon which has been cooked and crumbled. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until potato nuggets have browned and internal temperature has reached 185 degrees.
