Ingredients

    2 cups vegetable stock
    1/4 corn
    1/4 ripe tomatoes, medium diced
    1/4 cabbage, thinly sliced
    1/2 okra, cubed
    1 tbsp. onions, diced
    salt and pepper

Directions

-heat vegetable stock
-sauté all vegetables and then add to the stock and let simmer for an hour or more.
