Ingredients

    1 small can Albacore Tuna in Water
    10 Cherry Tomatoes halved
    1/2 cup Diced Celery
    1/4 cup Diced Red Onion
    2 Tbl EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
    1/2 tsp Oregano dried or fresh
    1/4 tsp Basil dried or fresh

Tips

Eat with whole wheat crackers or in lettuce wraps


Directions

After prepping all of the veggies and draining the tuna, Put all in a bowl and toss.
Refrigerate so flavors can blend together.
