Ingredients

    1 pkg Jello Fat Free Vanilla Pudding mix
    2 cups 2% milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    16 dates, chopped
    3 cups cooked long grain white rice

Tips

Add whipped topping and sprinkle a little more cinnamon on the dish when serving to give it a restaurant look.


Directions

1. Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon and pudding mix to a large mixing bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes.
2. Add rice and dates, mix thouroughly.
3. Spoon into dessert cups and let set for five minutes.
4. Enjoy!
