Ingredients

    2 14.5 oz Green Beans
    1 Packet of Justin's Almond Butter
    2 TBS of Extra-virgin Olive Oil
    3 TBS of Lemon Juice
    1 TBS of Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp of fine Sea Salt
    3 Cups cooked Red Rice
    1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds

Directions

Cook rice.

Mix Almond Butter, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, and Sliced Almonds in a large salad bowl.

Warm Green Beans.

Mix rice and green beans in the salad bowl with the almond butter mixture.

Serving Size: 6 1 cup servings
