Ingredients

3 Baking Potatoes
1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 10 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C Chopped Onion
Directions
STEP 1- Peel and slice Potatoes.
Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in half down center of
potatoe from top to bottom end. Slice each half
into 1/4" thick moon shape slices. Set aside.
You may soak in water to keep potatoes from
turning brown.
STEP 2- Brown meat and onions.
Spray pan with Pam of choice. Saute onions,
added ground beef and cook until well done.
Drain off any grease from meat.
STEP 3- In small bowl mix soup with milk.
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer ingredients starting with the meat. (approx 1/3 of meat each layer). Place a single layer of potatoes. Top potatoes with 1/4 C of cheese. Repeat the layers. Top final layer with the milk and soup mixture then spread remaining cheese over last layer.
Cook for 45-60 mins.
