    Can switch courgettes for cucumber

Tips

Choose a lunch pack with separate compartments, can reheat fishcake if preferred.


Directions

Blend all the fish cake ingredients and fry using cooking spray 4 minutes each side. Can serve hot or cold.
For salad ribbon carrots and courgette, mix all salad ingredients and toss together.
