95 grams Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix with Millded Flax Seed
25 grams Growing Naturals Yellow Pea Protein - Vanilla Blast
(Hint: the measure of the protein powder and baking mix should equal one cup)
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Original Flavor Almond Milk
1 Egg
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Organic Honey
Dash Almond Extract
Dash Vanilla Extract
1 Small Banana - sliced
1/4 Cup Blueberries
Tips
Add a splash of vanilla or almond extract for extra flavor & no calories!
Directions
-Place Gluten Free Pancake mix and Protein Powder in bowl
-Add almond milk, egg, oil, and honey. Mix until blended.
-Drop 1/4 cup portions onto hot griddle. Sprinkle with blueberries and banana slices.
-Flip once edges of pancakes begin to appear cooked and bubbles form on uncooked side.
-Cook for a few more minutes and serve.
