Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Coconut Oil-Carrington Farms Pure, Unrefined, Cold, Pressed 100% Organic Extra Virgin.

    2 Slices Bread-Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat.

    1 Slice Cheese-Go Veggie Cheddar Lactose Free, Gluten Free.

    1 Tomatoe Small- Tasti-Lee Premium Vined Ripened.

    2 Lettuce Leaves-Organic Girl Romaine Heart Leaves.

Tips

May subsitute butter for coconut oil.
May add salt and pepper as well.


Directions

01. Heat cast iron skillet on med.
02. Spread bread pieces 1 side only with coconut oil.
03. Add to hot skillet 1 piece bread oil side down.
04. Add cheese and top with 2nd piece bread oil side up.
05. Brown on first side, flipping to brown other side.
06. Remove sandwich when done, open up, add tomatoe slices, lettuce leaves and close up, eat and enjoy.

Serving Size: 1 serving.
