Ingredients

    Butter, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Honey, .25 cup (remove)
    *Coconut Meat, Shredded, Raw, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Pumpkin seeds, .5 cup (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .5 cup (remove)
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat over to 350
Combine all ingredients until thoroughly blending
Drop by tablespoon in mini-muffin pan
Bake for 6-8 minutes

If you are not using a mini-muffin pan, drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Directions say to cook for 12-15 minutes, but check them after 6-8 minutes
