Ingredients

    1 6" pita bread
    1/4 cup chopped reduced fat blue cheese
    olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Cut pita into 6 wedges. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese then lightly coat with cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, watching so they do not burn.
