Ingredients

    1 12 oz. bag of mixed frozen vegetables
    1 pouch of Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Ready Rice
    1 large egg
    2 tsp. Braggs Liquid Amino

Tips

I seasoned mine with garlic powder, onion and pepper. You could add any seasonings you like. I served mine with a side of chicken breast to make a complete meal.


Directions

Cook frozen vegetables in water until cooked. Drain. Add braggs amino to pan and cook beaten egg until scrambled. Add rice and blend with egg mixture. Cook until rice is heated, add vegetables. Stir until combined. Enjoy!
