Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients
    ¾ cup Coconut Flour
    2-1/2 cup Almond Flour
    1 cup Cashew Flour
    1 cup Protein Powder
    ½ tsp Salt
    2 tbs Baking Powder
    2 tsp Ginger Powder
    2 tsp Ground Cloves
    2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
    3 tbs Cinnamon

    Wet Ingredients
    6 Eggs
    2 cups Buttermilk
    1 cup Coffee, cooled
    8 tbs Melted Butter, slightly cooled but still liquid

Tips

Top with a bit of Whipping Cream.


Directions

Combine wet ingredients, set aside. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry into the wet and mix until blended, no more. Make according to waffle makers directions.
