Preheat oven to 300
2 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 Extra Large Eggs
Tips
Use parchment paper, butter or oil and Almond flour to coat the pan to keep it from sticking. Use small loaf pan or double recipe and bake for 60 min.
Directions
Mix Almond Flour with Baking Powder
Mix the eggs with a electric mixer until almost white and Fluffy about 8 min.
Fold in the Almond Flour mixture into the egg mixture using a rubber spatula.
Smooth top of loaf with spatula
Bake at 300 for 30-40 min
