Ingredients

    2 cup Flour, white
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cups Cocoa powder, unsweetened,
    1 tsp Salt
    3 tablespoons Baking Soda,
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 cup hot water
    1 cup sour milk
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

If you don't want to use butter you can also use oil, sour cream, plain yogurt, or applesauce. (1/2 cup)


Directions

Add 1tsp vinegar to milk and let sour. Add everything to a bowl. Mix and bake are 325 for 50-60 minutes.



Serving Size: Make one cake pan or 24 cup cakes
