Ingredients

    1 1/5 sweet bell peppers, sliced into thin strips
    1/4 cup sliced red onion
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 cup fresh brocolli florets
    1 cup fresh cauliflower florets
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp fresh minced ginger root
    1 Tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Substituting soy sauce for the teriyaki would reduce calories by 5.


Directions

Spray a large non-stick skillet with Pam.
On Med. heat, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add prepared vegetables and Teriyaki sauce and saute until el dente or desired tenderness. Salt & pepper to taste.
Serve as a side dish or with Rice and your favorite protein.
