Ingredients

    8 oz lean steak sliced into thin strips
    1 cup Broccoli florets
    1 pkg Dynasty Cantonese Beef and Broccoli cooking sauce.

Tips

I have used grilled steak and sliced it very thin, this cuts the cooking time to just the broccoli.


Directions

Take your partial frozen steak and slice inti thin slices
Across the grain. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a wok over high heat. Stir fry meat until done. Add broccoli and cook until tender - crisp. Add 1 package of Cooking Sauce and stir fry for 1 minute.

Serving Size: Makes 4 3/4 cup servings
