Ingredients

    1 tbspn oil
    1/2 green onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 pound each ground veal, beef, pork
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
    2 large eggs

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
Cook onions til softened, add garlic and cook 1 more minute. Mix in ground meats, cheese and eggs.
Roll into golf ball size and bake 20-25 mins on a jelly-roll pan.
