Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup oatmeal, old fashioned or quick
    onion powder to taste
    minced onion to taste
    salt/pepper
    1/4 cup bbq sauce or ketchup
    Shredded cheese for on the top

Tips

Yes, it makes 7 individual meatloaves, but depending on your family, it might only serve 3 or 4 people.


Directions

Mix the ground beef, egg, oatmeal, garlic powder, minced onion, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup ketchup or bbq sauce in a bowl, Spoon into 7 muffin cups in a 12 cup muffin tin, sprayed with non-stick spray. You can add additional bbq sauce or ketchup on the top. During last 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each meatloaf muffin.
