Ingredients

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 teaspoons honey
    1 clove garlic, minced

Tips

Serve with Spinach Salad with Sun-driedTomatoes and Fennel


Directions

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over mediumhigh
heat; sprinkle chicken with salt and
pepper. Cook chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side or
until done; remove from pan, and keep warm.
Add vinegar, honey and garlic to skillet; cook 1
minute or until slightly thickened, stirring often.
Remove pan from heat; return chicken to pan,
turning to coat with sauce.
