Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Pamelas Ultimate Gluten Free Pancake and Baking Mix
    3/4 cups water
    2 eggs, separated
    1 T oil

Directions

in a large mixing bowl, whip eggwhites until stiff
mix Pamelas mix, water, egg-yolks, and oil in a separate bowl, until well blended
gently fold the mixture into the eggwhites until well blended
Bake in a waffle-maker, following manufacturer's instructions.

Serving Size: Makes 3 1/4 Belgian Waffles (if using a Waring Pro flip-style belgian waffle maker)
