    2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 cup, strips Celery, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    12 fl oz Bud Light Beer
    5 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    1 serving Lipton's dry onion soup mix-1 package
    15 oz canned tomatoes- 15 oz can
    24 oz chicken breasts- bone/skinless fosterfarms w/sat fat
