Introduction

Ingredients

    1400 grams of red potato quartered skin on
    4 TBSP salted butter
    1 C 1% milk
    2 tsp pepper

Tips

Mashed potato will be "wet" but it makes them better for saving as left overs :)


Directions

boil potatoes until fork tender
drain in colander
in same pan you cooked potato in, melt butter and add milk until bubbly; add pepper

In a large mixing bowl, whip potatos with hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add milk/butter mixture until ensuring it's well incorporated.
