Introduction

Ingredients

    *Summer Squash, 4 cup, sliced (remove)
    Butter, salted, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers), 4 serving (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Sour Cream, .75 cup (remove)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic

Tips

Can use ritz but carb count will be 7 grams in stead of 4.


Directions

boil squash and 1/2 onions til tender then drain.
mix 4 tablespoons of butter with the other half of onions while squash is boiling.
mix drained squash with microwaved onions , cheese and sour cream in a casserole dish. Add salt pepper garlic etc... to taste. Melt other 4 tbs of butter in microwave while toasting bread. Process bread into crumbs in chopper, sprinkle them over the top of the mixture and pour the melted butter on top. Bake for 30 at 350.

Serving Size: 10 3/4 cup servings.
