Ingredients

    1 can of Cream of Celery
    8 oz sour cream
    minced onion if desired
    I bag of Oreda Hash browns or potatoes
    1 cup of Shredded cheddar Chese
    1 stick of melted butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl (butter needs to be melted first)
Pour in 13x9 greased pan
Bake uncovered at 350 for about 40 min

Serving Size: Makes about 15 1/2-cup servings
