Ingredients

    1 medium avocado
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp butter
    15 small prawns
    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp basil
    3 c cooked pasta

Tips

is also good with fresh basil leaves, and fresh tomatoes. just toss into pasta at the same time as other ingredients.


Directions

melt butter in sauce pan, add garlic, prawns, and basil.
mash up a medium avocado.
add prawn mixture and avocado to cooked pasta and toss.
sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
