Ingredients

    400g self raising flour
    170g margarine
    125g granulated sugar
    125g sultanas or raisins
    2 medium eggs beaten with a little milk (semiskimmed)


Directions

combine flour and margarine till bread crumb in appearance, mix in sugar and raisins.
add beaten egg and milk mixture (just enough to make dough roll outable :))
cook on a bakestone or large frying pan turning until golden brown on both sides
cool and add a little sugar to decorate
