.5lb - Sage Ground Pork
.5lb - Gound Turkey
2 sm -Yukon Gold potatoes - shredded
1 sm - brown onion - chopped
1 lg - egg
1 tbs-Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce
1 tbs-Ketchup
1 envelope - Onion Soup Mix
1 tsp - Worschester Sauce
.5tsp- salt
pepper to taste

Directions
mix ground meat
shred potatoes and add to meat
add spices and onion soup mix
Mix wet ingredients together: egg, worchester, ketchup, and BBQ sauce
Add wet ingredients
Thoroughly mix all ingredients
Line Loaf Pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil
Put meatloaf in lined pan
Bake 30-40min at 350 degrees
