Ingredients


    Melt together in microwave or in double boiler on stove, 6 tbsp. butter and one bar (3.17 oz ) Ghiradelli Intense Dark chocolate. Set aside.

    In food processor, combine the following:
    2/3 c. almond flour
    1/3 cup brown rice flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Add the chocolate mixture and process until combined. If desired, add 1/2-1 cup pecans or walnuts and pulse a couple of times to chop them up.


Tips

If microwaving the chocolate, cook at full power 1 minute, stir, then 1 minute at half power. Burned chocolate is nasty stuff!


Directions

Grease an 8"x8" baking pan. Spread out the batter (it will be stiff). Bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool, then cut into squares.
